• Development of corporate and government energy strategies

• Level 1, 2 and 3 energy audit assessments
• Assessment of existing energy usage to establish a baseline consumption through the analysis of existing energy utility bills or by installing meters in specific locations if required
• Walk through to identify all energy loads (including lighting , HVAC, kitchen and office equipment; plug loads, etc)
• Recommendations covering occupant behavioural changes and technology interventions aimed at reducing the energy consumption by between 15 - 50% of current levels
• Supervise the implementation of agreed interventions
• Monitoring of the energy consumption after implementation to confirm improved efficiency
• Compile report containing all of the above information
